Asia/Pac contact centre leaders heading for Hong Kong this autumn
The Hong Kong Contact Centre Association (HKCCA) is to host the 2011 Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leaders (APCCAL) EXPO in November this year
Activities include APCCAL Leaders’ meeting, Site Visits, Conference, Exhibition, Cocktail, Awards Presentation and Gala Ceremony.
The Association is working on hosting the event in Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel and Nansha Grand Hotel, Guangzhou to capitalise on the strengths of respective markets in contact centre businesses.
The Guangzhou Government has agreed to provide full support for the activities in Guangzhou and the Guangzhou Government officials will host a Dinner Reception for the APCCAL Leaders and VIPs.
It is expected Government officials, member Association Leaders across the Asia Pacific region together around 600 delegates, contact centre users, practitioner and customer service professionals from Hong Kong, China and respective countries to participate.
The APCCAL EXPO from November 23-25 will provide an ideal platform for sponsors to showcase their products and reach out to their targeted clients and users across Asia Pacific. It will also be an ideal occasion for the delegates to keep abreast with the latest trend and development of the industry in Knowledge, Innovation, Simplicity and Solution.
