UK Contact Centre to create 240 new jobs

Fusion, part of the BGL insurance group, has announced plans to create 240 new jobs at its contact centre sites across the UK.

Fusion offers contact centre support to customers of home, motor and commercial vehicle insurance products for leading brands including Budget, Post Office, M&S Money, HSBC, RAC and Auto Trader.

The ongoing expansion of the BGL Group has resulted in this latest recruitment drive, which will see the company employ the additional staff across its contact centre sites in Coventry, Peterborough and Sunderland. The mixture of full and part-time roles includes Sales and Service Advisors, Retention Advisors and Team Leaders.

Fusion offers various recognised learning and development programmes across its UK sites. New recruits to Fusion will have the opportunity to undertake NVQ, ILM and Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications, to bolster their individual career ambitions. Across the Fusion sites more than 160 people have either just finished or are currently studying these courses.
