Customer Engagement Club Directors Forum - Customer Engagement in Financial Services, 13th October 2011, London
The Financial Services sector is under pressure to get its customer offering back on track. That pressure comes from consumers, who have lost trust in the sector for a host of reasons, and also from regulatory bodies such as the FSA, who are introducing a roster of changes that impact on the relationship between financial services providers and those who use their products and services.
The Customer Engagement Club Directors Forum on Customer Engagement in Financial Services on October 13 will highlight the key issues and challenges facing the much maligned financial services sector and its relationships with customers and come up with the solutions to those challenges. We will drill down to the core of the problems and help delegates find the best way forward.
Speakers already confirmed for the Customer Engagement in Financial Services Forum include Andrew Fisher, chief executive at Towry, who paved the way for changes from commission to a fee based structure for IFA’s that is now the subject of sector wide regulation by the FSA.
Andrew will be joined by Anthony Thomson, chairman of Metro Bank, which is making waves in the sector through its commitment to customer service excellence. The FSA is also being invited to present at this high level Directors Forum.
This is a must attend event for those working in the financial services sector who want to gain competitive advantage through their customer engagement offering.
