We write white papers,  based on original research,  to explain leading edge business practices and ideas which will help your clients develop the skills they need for customer centred organizations.  The white papers and articles are excellent sales, service and public relations collateral for your company.  We, can also turn the papers into other output on mixed media such as podcasts, video for the website, and webinars.  We also offer a corporate blog writing service, based on interesting nuggets of information on a topic relevant, and helpful, to your customers.

Customer Engagement Workshops, Roundtables and Facilitation

Need to bring new ideas into your organization, to share new thinking and get buy-in to making changes?  We offer a facilitation workshop service, for inter-departmental decision making, customer co-creation session, board level buy-in and public sector consultations.  We have a range of engaging techniques to explore your issues, from the initial divergent thinking stage, to the final convergent thinking wrap up. We are practiced in ensuring we have captured all views, and downplaying tension and politics. We work with you beforehand to ensure we understand objectives and group dynamics, and write a final report on the output.
