Sabio launches new YouTube channel

Specialist contact centre and unified communications systems integrator showcases solutions expertise with a series of  video case

Sabio, the specialist provider of contact centre and unified communications solutions, has launched a new YouTube channel. The initiative is part of Sabio's ongoing drive towards online brand engagement with its customers and the broader market.

The new Sabio YouTube channel already features a range of video content - from case study interviews with major UK organisations such as Brewin Dolphin, Egg and HomeServe, to Sabio commentary on the latest contact centre and unified communications technology developments.

Sabio plans to expand its content for its YouTube channel, focusing particularly on the key technologies, strategies and best practice implementation approaches that will help organisations to achieve significant operational savings.

"When people want video content they go straight to YouTube and, with two billion videos a day watched on YouTube, it makes sense for Sabio to establish our own brand channel as a showcase for our specialist expertise," commented Sabio's Marketing Manager, Ali Scott. "In developing content for the Sabio channel we're very much focused on YouTube's own philosophy that user experience comes first. That's why we're currently showcasing case studies from Brewin Dolphin, Egg and HomeServe, and we'll be adding other case studies to the channel over the coming months.

"We also want to use YouTube as a way to engage a wider audience with video and interactive content, focusing particularly on current market challenges such as the implications of the new Avaya/Nortel portfolio, and unified communications opportunities," added Ali. "With a track record of over ten years' success in the sector, Sabio has the skills, knowledge and expertise needed to get the greatest return from contact centre and unified communications solutions. We'll be using our YouTube channel as a way of sharing that expertise, and engaging our customers so that they can share their experiences and results with the industry as a whole."

The Sabio YouTube channel currently features video case studies: from Brewin Dolphin, detailing how it worked with Sabio to implement a resilient network and exceed compliance recording requirements; Egg, looking at how it deployed a Sabio speech IVR solution to reduce average call times by 50 seconds; and HomeServe on how the company has deployed a range of contact centre technology solutions with Sabio to secure savings of £3.5 million per year.
