Thunderhead and Sapient join forces to build customer engagement, loyalty and profitability
Thunderhead, a leading provider of customer communication management software, and Sapient Global Markets, a division of Sapient Corporation and a leading provider of business and technology consulting services to the financial and commodity market participants are forming a strategic partnership created to build loyalty and profitability for customers of both organisations by optimising customer engagement, via an enhanced offering built around the relevant strengths of each partner.
Through this new partnership, Sapient Global Markets will apply its domain expertise in capital markets and change management while Thunderhead will provide technical consultancy, supplying clients with enterprise communications solutions that streamline processing time, slash administration costs, and provide an accurate, auditable process for document generation that is benchmarked versus industry best practice.
Both companies have a strong presence in the financial markets arena and particularly within OTC derivatives, with 14 of the top 16 global derivatives dealer institutions using Thunderhead technology.
