Verint goes down the Veni, Vidi and Vovici route
Expanding on its Voice of the Customer Analytics platform, Verint has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Vovici, an industry leader in enterprise feedback management solutions
This combination will says Verint create a new category leader in enterprise solutions designed for chief customer officers, chief marketing officers, chief experience officers and other VoC executives across organisations.
As the market's most comprehensive VoC Analytics platform available, the Verint-Vovici solution will enable organisations to implement a single-vendor solution for collecting, analysing and acting on customer insights, says the company.
