Avaya awards 'Technology Leadership in the Contact Centre' prize to Sabio following landmark global contract success for major Avaya Workforce Management solution
Sabio, the specialist contact centre systems integrator, was awarded Avaya's prestigious 'Technology Leadership in the Contact Centre' award at the enterprise communications vendor's major European Channel Partner Conference held in Barcelona earlier this month. The award reflected Sabio's success as a leading Avaya Platinum Partner, and the company's continued ability to build and deploy innovative solutions - based on Avaya Aura and Avaya Workforce Optimisation technologies - that meet today's complex customer requirements.
A key factor behind Sabio's achievement at Avaya's 2010 European Channel Partner awards was its recent success in securing a landmark international Avaya Workforce Optimisation contract with the global leader in international express shipping. The project, which involves an Avaya Aura Workforce Management deployment across 20 global sites and over 2,000 users initially, confirmed Sabio's technology leadership and clearly demonstrated Avaya Aura Workforce Optimisation's ability to help organisations create a differentiated customer experience.
